Services

We offer a wide range of services from walking and feeding, short bird and fish visits, long one-dog only walks to small group beach walks. We also offer a medication service, where we visit your pet and administer the medication as required.

We understand that business trips and family emergencies occur at all hours, we welcome last minute bookings.

So not only do we care for your companion animals we also maintain your homes security. We do this by bringing in your bins and your mail (including junk mail), we will turn lights on or off, change the position of blinds and we can water your plants.

The well being of your companion animal whilst in our care is a priority and to ensure that they are always safe we will provide your dog with an ‘Onsite’ tag which will have our details on it in the case that your dog gets out, we can then be contacted by the finder immediately. We can also provide these tags for your cat.

Selling your home or having a rental inspection? Why not get us to take your dogs for a romp at the park whilst you tend to the home.

Occasionally we can have one of our carers stay in your home, this is has been designed for elderly dogs and cats, convalescing dogs and cats and of course kittens and puppies.

Another service Onsite may provide is caring for your pet in our own homes. This is completely dependent on the type of animal you have, their temperament and age and health and of course the availability of carers.

Traveling from overseas or having a pet imported from overseas? We have alot of experience with visiting dogs at AQIS in Spotswood and offer a service where we visit your pet when you can’t, take them to the exercise yards and throw a ball or a frisbee, do some basic training, brush your dog and cuddle your dog when you can’t, we can even give your dog a hydrobath.

We also offer an email service where we keep in touch with you and let you know how your animals are going. Included in this service is the option of having your animals photograph included in the email.

** This service is COMPLETELY free and is included in your Onsite fee – we understand how much you miss and worry about your animals whilst away **

We recommend that you update your Council, Microchip and National Pet Register details to include Onsite Pet Cares phone number, in the case that your animal gets collected by the Ranger or a member of the public. If you would like a free National Pet Register (provided by The Lost Dogs Home) you can visit www.petregister.com.au.
